This role is the bridge between our innovative SaaS solutions and our clients' business results. You'll be responsible for seamless onboarding, smooth integrations, and an exceptional client experience from day one. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making complex systems work flawlessly, who enjoys working closely with customers, and takes pride in enabling client success through technical excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding end-to-end: setup, configuration, integrations, and go-live readiness
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers, technical teams, and third-party partners
- Develop and manage onboarding plans ensuring milestones are met during the first 90 days
- Act as the first line of defense for technical issues - diagnose and resolve quickly
- Serve as a communicator between clients, internal teams, and partners
- Perform QA testing to ensure every integration works seamlessly
- Document best practices and contribute to the implementation playbook
- Keep up-to-date on industry tools, trends, and best practices
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in client onboarding and Level 1 technical support, ideally at a SaaS company
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting effectively
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, managing multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results
