Who qualifies for Early Bird access.

Access is gated by TransUnion's standard dealer compliance process. We handle the paperwork — typically 3–5 business days from request to active.

  • Registered Canadian dealership — new or used, franchise or independent.
  • Designated F&I Manager or Sales Manager as the account owner.
  • Standard TransUnion dealer compliance approval — we run it for you.
  • Approval typically returns in 3–5 business days from completed request.

Answers to what F&I usually asks first.

Does this affect my customer's credit score?
No. Soft inquiries initiated through Autocorp.ai do not impact a consumer's credit score, regardless of how many times the bureau is pulled.
How is this different from other soft pulls available in Canada?
Most dealer-initiated soft inquiries in Canada return a score tier or limited fragment. The Autocorp × TransUnion integration returns the full TransUnion CreditVision® Report — the same depth your lender uses for adjudication. To our knowledge, this is the only product of its kind in the Canadian market.
Who can pull credit on my account?
Only registered, named F&I and Sales Managers approved through TransUnion's standard dealer compliance process. Each user is provisioned individually.
What happens if my customer already has a credit pull on file?
AVA™ recognizes existing customers by phone match and returns the existing bureau rather than re-pulling, within TransUnion's defined refresh window. You don't pay for the same bureau twice in the same period.
How long does Early Bird pricing last once I'm onboarded?
Pricing is locked for 12 months from your activation date. After that, your dealership transitions to standard pricing on renewal.
Do I need to already use AVA™ or any Autocorp products?
No. Existing AVA™ customers can toggle the integration on. New dealerships get the AVA™ portal stood up as part of onboarding — no additional platform fee during Early Bird.
